Return & Refund Policy
At Vichy Deodorants, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when ordering from our store. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, damaged, or tampered personal care products unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used deodorants, antiperspirants, or personal care products
- Items with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery
- Products purchased as final sale or clearance items
- Items returned without prior approval
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue quickly.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Please include your order number, name, reason for return, and photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible items if the product received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. For standard product exchanges, please contact us first so we can confirm availability.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery if eligible.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or undeliverable, shipping fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
